About Us
This small family run company offers both training and consultancy in food hygiene and in health and safety. A wide range of courses are available within these fields, ranging from Level 1 (Induction), the very popular Level 2 course (one day Foundation) through to level 4 (Advanced).

Trainers provide all the equipment for the PowerPoint presentations which they bring to the customer's own site for group training. Prices quoted are always all inclusive and will cover the training, course books, any additional handouts, the exam papers and of course, the all important Certificates. If applicable, travel and any accommodation expenses will be by prior agreement with customer, but courses within the East Midlands area generally do not attract any travel/overnight charges.

For individual students, the online Food Hygiene level 2 (Foundation) course is available which the student can study in their own homes. Online support is free with these courses and telephone (call-back) support can also be arranged at a small additional fee.
